The company’s philosophy

While our business is providing professional, reliable services, our GOAL is simply building relationships. At TSE we view ourselves as an integral part of a project team and therefore we enjoy working collaboratively to help ensure that all parts of the team work effectively and efficiently towards a successful project.
Achievements/awards past and present
We are so grateful and humbled to be selected as a readers’ choice for Best of Biz for the 2nd year in a row. It really serves to validate the business philosophy and culture that we have tried to cultivate and inspires us to continue to grow!
Anything new and noteworthy in the past year and a half
One of the core tenets we outlined when Anthony and I started the company was a focus on sharing whatever success we found through volunteerism and being active in the community… giving our time as well as donating money. We refocused on that especially this year by becoming Lions (joining the Gloucester Township chapters of the Lions Club).
Joseph Mancini, PE, PP, President has also been elected to serve on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineer (NJSPE) as Secretary for the 2016-2017 fiscal year. NJSPE works for the benefit of the public by promoting, serving and representing NJ’s engineering professionals.
Vice President Anthony Dirosa, PE, PLS is also actively involved in the local Boy Scouts Chapter.
We continued to support our friends and colleagues at Hydromissions this year; specifically this year we bought a goat!! (While we hoped to have the goat at TSE, it more appropriately went to a village where it was needed). The goal of Hydromissions is providing safe water through low-tech and/or technologically appropriate products and services.
